Customer service is 10/10. Communication about my car and what exactly it did and did not need was appreciated. My car was towed there and they called me promptly when it arrived to let me know it was safe. Fast and reliable service. They gave me an itemized work up of what need to be done to my car. What is loved about this place was the honesty of what I can do now to get my car to work and later I can talk about the other things when I was more financial able to. I didn't feel pressure to fix everything right then and there like most places who try to just get you to do everything right away. Will totally come back to get all the other stuff done to my car but I'm happy to have found a place I can rely on.
Good service here, I trust them to be fair with pricing and to do a repair well. Have been able to communicate about only getting necessary things done and then honoring that. I one time had an issue after leaving (not necessarily their fault), but brought the car back and they were able to address the issue.
